Compassion Toward Others
This week, we’ll explore the concept of offering compassion toward others. As we explained in the book, this is perhaps the most challenging practice for many lawyers. If you find offering compassion towards others difficult, you may want to consider skipping to Week Five and start with the Self-Compassion chapter.
Remember to be gentle with yourself. This is a difficult practice.
