This week, we’ll dive in and learn what mindfulness is. Be sure to try some of the off-the-cushion practices described in this chapter at the office.
Also, spend a bit of time thinking about places where you can bring mindfulness into your daily life. It may be helpful to think of moments before a stress triggering event and practice being mindful before such events.
