We have firsthand knowledge of the difficulties and rewards of legal practice, what the daily life of a lawyer is like, and the common challenges lawyers face in dealing with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel and the court system.

We have experienced how meditation and mindfulness practices can support a more effective and enjoyable legal practice, and make the stresses of a demanding professional life more manageable.
