1- 30 Minutes of Mindful Meditation

One common struggle (myself included) we come across in our meditation practice is finding the time. I have a daily meditation habit but the length of my sit varies from 5 minutes to 1 hour. It just depends on the morning and what I have scheduled for the day.

I’ve had several people request meditations with varying length so I decided to do a 30 day challenge. There will be 30 meditations and it will be from 1 to 30 minutes. Day 1 starts with 1 minute and each day, the length of the meditation will increase by 1 minute, ending with 30 minutes on day 30.

You can increase or decrease the length of the meditation as your schedule permits and you can take more than 30 days to complete the challenge. The key is to simply make meditation a daily habit.
